Job summary

Braven is seeking an Associate Director, Accelerator Operations to own core tools and processes for the multi-site Accelerator program, and to design systems ahead of needs while coordinating rollout plans with regional teams.

You will oversee one to three operational domains—academic operations, program delivery, student experience, and knowledge management—to ensure readiness, risk management, and adoption before launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4-6 years of relevant professional experience in operations, program management, systems or data administration, or a closely related field.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Own tools, processes, and protocols in your domain, designing them ahead of need.
• Consider AI to drive efficiency in workflows.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate roadmap decisions into operational builds.
• Roll out each tool with an adoption plan and a named support contact for every site.
• Train and enable site execution teams through documentation and training.
• Track adoption against an 80% fidelity standard and iterate improvements.
