Job summary

Braven is seeking an Associate Director, Program Operations – Post Accelerator, to lead the design, documentation, and execution of scalable operational systems after students complete Braven’s Accelerator. You will own Post‑Accelerator workflows, ensuring timely delivery of programming with impact across regions.

You’ll partner with Product, Systems, and regional teams to clarify tools, processes, roles, and timelines, building strong outcomes for Fellows and contributing to Braven’s mission to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 4+ years in program, project, or operations management—ideally in education, nonprofit, or similar mission‑driven environments.
• Experience designing and implementing scalable operational systems.
• Excellent organization, prioritization, and project management skills.
• Strong collaboration and communication abilities, with comfort working cross‑functionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of national programs and Post-Accelerator initiatives.
• Develop and improve standard operating procedures and systems (case management, mentor/mentee matching, attendance, events).
• Design and deliver targeted communications aligned with Post‑Accelerator strategies.
• Onboard new teammates to Post‑Accelerator strategies and initiatives; design and deliver internal training.
• Manage interns and coordinate with regional teams to ensure program execution across sites.
