Job summary

Braven is seeking an Associate Director, Accelerator Operations to own core tools and processes end-to-end for the Accelerator program. You will design systems in advance, manage rollout plans, and train regional teammates, ensuring readiness before launches.

You will oversee 1-3 operational domains—academic operations, program delivery, student experience, and knowledge management—driving continuous improvement and operational excellence across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4-6 years of relevant professional experience in operations, program management, systems, or data administration.
• Ability to design and own end-to-end processes and tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as product owner for tools, processes, and protocols in your domain, designing them ahead of needs.
• Roll out tools with adoption plans, provide site-level support, and monitor post-launch fidelity.
• Hold readiness gate authority, assess readiness, and document risk and mitigation strategies.
• Oversee one to three domains end-to-end, gathering audits, QA checks, and feedback for continuous improvement.
