Job summary

Braven is seeking a Senior Coordinator, Program Operations to support the Dallas region in running the Leadership & Career Accelerator. You will coordinate logistics, manage Learning Lab operations, and provide essential admin support across UNT and partner sites.

You’ll work with the Senior Director of the Dallas Region, ensuring accurate communications, attendance reconciliation, and coordination of projects and events. Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of admin experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 1–3 years of administrative experience preferred.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong customer service ethos with proactive problem-solving.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, Salesforce, Jira, Zoom, and Expensify.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for the Leadership & Career Accelerator across UNT and regional sites.
• Manage Learning Lab space, materials, and on-site logistics; provide Zoom support.
• Prepare weekly Fellow and stakeholder communications with accuracy.
• Oversee attendance reconciliation and learning tracker feedback.
• Maintain the site operations calendar and manage the site inbox.
• Support recruitment events and partner engagements as needed.
• Assist with project management and central operations trainings.
