Job summary

Braven is seeking an Associate Director, Accelerator Operations to own core tools and processes end-to-end and ensure operational readiness before launch of the Accelerator course. You will design systems a semester ahead, manage rollout plans, train regional teammates, and hold gate authority to ensure successful program delivery.

You'll oversee up to three domains—academic operations, program delivery, and student experience—and drive continuous improvement using qualitative and quantitative

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 4-6 years of relevant professional experience in operations, program management, systems or data administration, or a closely related field

Responsibilities

• Own one to three operational domains end-to-end and ensure readiness for launches
• Serve as product owner for domain tools, processes, and protocols, planning ahead by one to two semesters
• Roll out tools with adoption plans, site support, and post-launch check-ins
• Hold readiness gate authority and assess risks to mitigate issues during launches
• Continuously collect data to improve workflows and maintain current SOPs in Confluence
