Job summary

Braven is seeking an Associate Director, Accelerator Operations to own core tools and processes end-to-end for the Accelerator program. You will design systems, rollout plans, train regional teams, and maintain readiness gate authority to ensure a smooth launch.

The role oversees 1–3 operational domains, with focus on academic operations, program delivery, and data privacy, reporting to the Senior Director, Accelerator Enablement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4-6 years of relevant professional experience in operations, program management, systems or data administration, or a closely related field.
• Experience owning tools, systems, or processes end-to-end as a product owner.

Responsibilities

• Own one to three operational domains end-to-end and ensure readiness for launches.
• Define readiness criteria, assess risks, and guide rollout with cross-functional partners.
• Drive adoption with documented plans, training, and measurement against fidelity targets.
• Maintain SOPs in Confluence and monitor continuous improvement data across sites.
