Job summary

Braven, Inc. seeks a dynamic Associate Director of Program Operations – Post-Accelerator to lead scalable operational systems after graduation.

You will drive planning, documentation, and execution of Post-Accelerator workstreams, coordinating with regional and central teams to deliver strong Fellows outcomes. You’ll own procedures, training, and knowledge management while collaborating with Product, Systems, and Regional teams to ensure timely delivery and measurable impact across multiple

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 4+ years in program, project, or operations management in education/nonprofit.
• Experience designing scalable operational systems and processes.
• Strong organization, prioritization, and project management skills.
• Excellent collaboration and cross-functional communication ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead central operations for programming outside of the Accelerator (40%).
• Coordinate national programs, mentor/onboarding, and events operations.
• Develop and refine SOPs, case management, and attendance tracking systems.
• Support onboarding, training, and knowledge management for Post-Accelerator.
• Manage 1–2 part-time interns and provide guidance on deliverables.
• Contribute to cross-functional Braven projects and process improvements.
• Monitor metrics and analyze data to identify strengths and opportunities.
