Job summary

Braven is seeking a Head of Program Design to lead the full scope of Braven's program experience from Accelerator through post-graduation support. You will manage a design team within the Product organization and align program design with Braven's research, field signals, and scale objectives across campuses and delivery modes.

Qualifications

• BS/BA required.
• 10+ years designing clear, engaging learning experiences.
• 3+ years of experience leading a team toward outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and grow Braven's design team across the program lifecycle.
• Define and uphold high-quality program design standards grounded in adult learning science.
• Prepare staff and volunteers with effective enablement and training.
• Lead Braven Design team strategy as part of Product Leadership Team.
• Partner with Research, Data, and Operations to ensure evidence-based design.
