Aston Carter is seeking an AR/Collections Specialist to join a fast-paced team in Dallas, TX. The role focuses on timely collection calls, customer service for disputes, refunds processing, and handling short payments, with data securely stored in company data centers.

You will maintain accounts, conduct daily collection calls, prepare adjustments, and collaborate with internal teams to expedite collections. The position is hybrid with onsite presence two days per week.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts receivable management.
• Experience with aging reports and accounting reconciliation.
• Strong communication skills for customer interaction.
• Experience in B2B environments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain assigned accounts, ensuring reduction of delinquency.
• Conduct collection calls and correspondence daily.
• Process account adjustments, small balance write-offs, customer reconciliations, and credit notes.
• Collaborate with various internal groups to expedite the collection process.
• Communicate and follow up effectively with customers regarding their accounts.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, asset managers, and property operation teams.
