Job summary

Tarvos Talent is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist for a contract opportunity in Downtown Austin with a hybrid schedule. You will manage a high volume of accounts, perform collections outreach, coordinate payments, and assist with new account setup and ACH processing.

The ideal candidate has AR experience in a large organization, can handle about 60 accounts per day, and brings advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups) plus ERP exposure such as Microsoft Dynamics.

Qualifications

• Experience in collections and accounts receivable within a large organization.
• Ability to manage at least 60 accounts per day.
• Strong Excel skills including pivot tables and lookups.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of customer accounts and perform collections outreach.
• Coordinate scheduled payments and assist with new account setup and ACH processing.
• Maintain accurate account records and follow up via email and phone to support collections goals.
