Job summary

Aston Carter is seeking an AR/Collections Specialist in Dallas, TX for a contract role. The specialist will manage delinquent accounts, perform collection calls, process adjustments and write-offs, and work with internal teams to resolve discrepancies while maintaining positive client relationships.

The role involves onsite work two days per week within a team of about eight, with data securely hosted in company data centers. Benefits and eligibility apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts receivable processes and collections.
• Familiarity with aging reports and reconciliations.
• Strong communication with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and collect on assigned accounts to reduce delinquency.
• Make daily collection calls and send correspondence.
• Process account adjustments, small balance write-offs, reconciliations and credit notes.
• Collaborate with internal groups to expedite collections.
• Communicate with customers regarding their accounts and follow up.
• Maintain relationships with customers, asset managers, and operations teams.
