Job summary

Aston Carter seeks an Accounts Receivable Analyst in Schiller Park, IL. The role focuses on collections, credit memos, and payments for a portfolio of 300-350 customers. Hybrid work includes three days in the office and two remote, with a contract engagement.

You will coordinate with AR, Collections, and Billing teams, use Excel for reporting, and support the Credit Team with tools like D&B. 2+ years of experience and a Finance or Accounting degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of business experience with a focus on collections.
• College degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Excellent verbal and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Manage all collection efforts for trade receivables and communicate with customers.
• Resolve receivable matters and disputes; liaise with other departments.
• Support field offices in customer account activities.
• Recommend payment plans as needed.
• Respond promptly to inquiries on AR accounts.
