Ideal candidates have 3+ years in AR and strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables). Hybrid onsite work is available, with a pay range of $29.00–$30.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or general accounting roles.
• High-volume collections experience with 40–60 daily contacts.
• Independent decision making in collections for large accounts.
• Experience with multiple ERP systems and cross-functional workflows.
• Attention to detail and confidentiality in processing payments and postings.

Responsibilities

• Monitor AR aging and ensure timely collections and accurate status.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned accounts and maintain records.
• Post payments, reconcile ledgers, and resolve discrepancies quickly.
• Communicate with customers by phone and email to collect payments.
• Set up payment plans and coordinate with agencies when needed.
• Generate reports and support audits as required.
