Job summary

Framework is seeking an Accounts Receivable, Senior Associate to manage customer accounts, reconcile discrepancies, and support cash applications and collections. This hybrid role requires 2-3 days in our Arlington, VA office and close collaboration with operations, sales, and finance teams.

The ideal candidate has 3-4 years in AR/collections, strong Excel skills, experience with ERP (Dynamics AX/D365), and excellent communication and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years accounting, accounts receivable, or collections experience.
• Cash application experience required.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills; advanced skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain assigned customer accounts.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Handle collections efforts via phone and email.
• Investigate and resolve invoice disputes and chargebacks.
• Process credits, debit memos, rebates, refunds, and cash receipts.
• Maintain accurate customer and vendor records in ERP systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams and third-party warehouses to resolve invoicing issues.
• Support international withholding tax documentation and compliance.
• Assist with audits and month-end reporting activities.
• Ensure thorough documentation and process improvement initiatives.
