Responsibilities include aging analysis, daily collections, and collaboration with internal teams to improve processes. Hybrid office setting in Denver with a focus on accuracy and communication.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of accounts receivable experience with large-dollar portfolios.
• Experience in AR, collections, dispute resolution, and reconciliations.
• Strong Excel skills for reporting and data analysis.
• Familiarity with route accounting or ERP systems like High Radius and SAP S/4HANA.

Responsabilités

• Maintain AR aging reports for the assigned portfolio.
• Reconcile monthly statements and credits to keep accounts balanced.
• Identify high-risk accounts and implement collection strategies.
• Contact customers regularly to follow up on past-due balances.
• Prepare portfolio reports highlighting aging trends and collection performance.
• Support cash application to ensure payments are posted correctly.
