Job summary

CJ Logistics America is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to manage end-to-end disbursements and invoice processing. You will leverage SAP alongside Auditoria.AI and Coupa to streamline vendor interactions, automate invoice intake, and perform three-way matching while ensuring accurate records.

The role requires 3+ years of AP experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work in a hybrid Des Plaines, IL environment with on-site days four days per week.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume vendor invoices, credit memos, and payment requests using SAP and Auditoria.AI platforms.
• Oversee OCR intake and automated document ingestion; review and clear exceptions and unassigned invoices.
• Perform two-way and three-way matching (PO, goods receipt, invoice) and investigate variances with Procurement.
