Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Detail oriented with ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume vendor invoices, credit memos, and payment requests using SAP and Auditoria.AI platforms.
• Oversee OCR intake and automated document ingestion via Auditoria; review and clear exceptions and unassigned invoices.
• Perform two-way and three-way matching (PO, goods receipt, invoice); investigate variances with Procurement.
• Code non-PO invoices to appropriate commodity code and WBS/Cost Center.
• Manage automated vendor communications queues powered by Auditoria processing assistants.
• Handle vendor inquiries regarding payment status and invoice issues professionally.
