Aston Carter is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist in Fort Collins, CO on a hybrid contract-to-hire basis. You will join a Shared Services team supporting a global manufacturing organization, handling high-volume AP tasks and working with SAP and OpenText.

This role requires meticulous attention to detail, the ability to manage about 500 invoices per week, and effective communication with vendors and internal partners. Training leads to permanent placement with strong benefits.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or general accounting.
• Experience processing and validating invoices.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment (approximately 500 invoices per week).
• Experience using SAP and enterprise-level accounting processes is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Process high-volume accounts payable invoices with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Review and validate invoice information including dates, amounts, POs, and documentation.
• Perform 3-way matching between invoices, PO, and receiving records.
• Enter and maintain invoice data in enterprise systems including OpenText and SAP.
• Process supplier payments via checks, ACH, and wire transfers.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and respond to inquiries from internal teams and vendors.
• Support continuous improvement of AP processes and transaction accuracy.
