Atlas Copco Group is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Finance team in a hybrid Houston, TX role. You will process supplier invoices with 3-way matching and support month-end adjustments while ensuring accuracy and timely payments.

The position requires at least 3 years in AP, proficiency with ERP systems (prefer SAP Business One), and strong MS Office and Adobe Pro skills. Familiarity with AP automation tools and Paymeran is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years accounts payable experience.
• Proficient with ERP systems, preferably SAP Business One.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word and Outlook) and Adobe Pro.
• Familiarity with Automation tools, such as CKS Solutions or any AP Automations.
• Familiarity with 3rd party payment platforms, such as Paymeran.

Responsabilités

• Processes supplier invoices daily with 3-way matching to ensure accurate and legitimate charges.
• Works with appropriate company personnel to resolve discrepancies and to obtain approvals in a timely manner.
• Collects and verify invoices, bills, and checks by performing pre-audits to ensure both accuracy and appropriateness prior to payment
• Performs month end account reconciliations and journal entries including intercompany match, allocations, accruals and prepaids accounts.
• Maintains the SAP vendor database; adding and modifying the vendor master records including, terms, contact information and W-9 documentation.
