Job summary

CURiO Brands, LLC is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist to manage the company’s AP functions, including invoice processing, payment administration, reconciliations, vendor support, and month-end close. The role emphasizes accuracy, collaboration with internal teams, and continuous improvement within AP.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in AP, strong Excel skills, and experience resolving three-way match discrepancies, preferably in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in processing accounts payable, preferably in a manufacturing or similar environment.
• Demonstrated experience analyzing and resolving three-way match discrepancies.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with month-end close, account reconciliation, and variance analysis.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to analyze and reconcile financial data.

Responsibilities

• Review and process vendor invoices for accuracy, documentation, approvals, and coding.
• Analyze and resolve three-way match discrepancies between POs, receiving records, and invoices.
• Prepare and process scheduled payments and check runs with accurate payment selections.
• Review corporate credit card expenses for accuracy, coding, and policy compliance.
• Reconcile AP subledgers and aging, identify outstanding items, and investigate discrepancies.
• Respond to vendor inquiries regarding invoices, payments, credits, and balances.
• Maintain vendor information and documentation; support 1099s and reporting.
• Assist with month-end close and external audit requests as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve AP processes and support cross-functional teams.
