Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five years of relevant experience.
• Five years of progressive experience in healthcare technology, digital health, or related organizations.
• Demonstrated experience negotiating and executing complex enterprise agreements.
• Ability to develop commercial strategies and balance near-term revenue with long-term value.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving legal, finance, product, technology, and clinical stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of AI-enabled healthcare tools and digital content licensing.
• Strong executive communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute an integrated AI licensing and clinical solutions collaboration strategy.
• Identify, prioritize, and develop strategic relationships and a pipeline based on clinical relevance and commercial potential.
• Lead negotiations for complex enterprise agreements and licensing terms.
• Structure relationships that create value beyond licensing fees (distribution, marketing, collaboration).
• Partner with legal, science, and other stakeholders to protect IP and ensure boundaries for AI use and attribution.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to advance approvals, support implementation, and partner integration.
• Partner with product and technology leaders on scalable content delivery approaches.
• Establish partner reporting and performance measures for revenue, reach, and adoption.
• Lead ongoing account strategy and executive partner relationships, expanding collaborations.
• Oversee customer success activities for onboarding, renewals, and account expansion.
• Monitor developments in AI-enabled healthcare and adapt strategy.
