Job summary

ASU Preparatory Academy seeks an Admissions Advisor to support enrollment goals by engaging prospective students and families. The role handles recruitment activities, coordinates with internal teams, and guides applicants through the enrollment process, ensuring accurate, timely communication across channels.

Hybrid work arrangement; requires strong customer service, presentation skills, and knowledge of admissions processes. Arizona residency is preferred for onsite duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 2–3 years in recruitment, marketing, sales, customer service, student enrollment, or related experience.
• Bilingual, a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage in activities to increase ASU Preparatory Academy brand awareness in the community and develop a pipeline of prospective students.
• Communicate with prospective students, parents, and community through appointment, chat, telephone, email, CRM and other materials.
• Liaises for internal coordination of student recruitment and enrollment management utilizing knowledge of admissions, registration criteria, and deadlines.
• Assist with the development and management of recruitment and enrollment marketing publications.
• Assist students in completing the application process, including retrieval of required forms; audit student records and notify students/prospective students of outstanding documents needed to complete their enrollment.
