Arizona College is seeking an Admissions Advisor to support enrollment by providing admissions information to prospective or newly admitted students, creating communications, and representing the College. This role reports to the Executive Director of Enrollment Services and involves significant interaction with prospective students.

The position includes duties such as processing paperwork, conducting interviews, campus tours, and follow-up campaigns, while ensuring compliance and accurate

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associates Degree preferred.
• 1–3 years’ experience in admissions, retail sales, consumer marketing or recruitment.
• Professionalism and discretion with confidential information.
• Organized, professional and warm to students.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate with prospective students, parents and community via appointment, phone, email and materials.
• Welcome prospective students by processing paperwork, interviewing applicants and arranging campus tours.
• Maintain recruiting operations by following policies and reporting changes.
• Adhere to compliance and regulatory standards.
• Advise students and families on educational opportunities, admission requirements and procedures.
• Support enrollment by following leads through follow-up and correspondence.
