Job summary

Arizona College is seeking an Admissions Advisor for our Glendale, Arizona Allied Health campus. The role supports enrollment efforts by providing admissions information to prospective or newly admitted students, representing the College, and coordinating campus tours.

This hybrid position after 90 days emphasizes outreach, interviews, and follow-up to increase enrollments, with a collaborative culture and opportunities for professional development within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associates degree preferred.
• 1 to 3 years’ experience in admissions, retail sales, consumer marketing or recruitment.
• Professionalism and discretion with confidential information.
• Ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task.
• Knowledge of college admissions procedures and recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with prospective students, parents and community via appointment, phone, email.
• Welcomes prospective students by processing paperwork; interviewing applicants; arranging campus tours; follow-up activities.
• Maintains recruiting operations by following policies and reporting needed changes.
• Adheres to all compliance and regulatory standards.
• Advise students and families regarding educational opportunities and admission requirements.
• Assists each lead and/or inquiry to our college in an honest, caring and thorough manner.
• Conducts effective phone presentations and interviews with each candidate.
• Increases enrollment through diligent follow-up with prospects.
