Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales, customer service, enrollment, or business development preferred.
• Bachelor's degree (preferred) or some college required.
• Strong communication, patience, adaptability, and integrity.
• Proficient with MS Word/Excel, email, internet, and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, emails, and chats about programs, accreditation, professors, and graduation rates.
• Make outbound calls to applicants and follow up with inquiries.
• Document interactions in the CRM and coordinate with other departments.
• Schedule appointments and assist applicants with admission documents.
• Help meet daily activity and monthly enrollment goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
