Job summary

Arizona College of Nursing is seeking an Admissions Advisor to assist prospective and newly admitted students. This on-site role involves guiding applicants, presenting admissions information, and coordinating campus tours with a focus on compliant, accurate record-keeping.

You will work with the Enrollment Services team to maintain recruitment pipelines and provide timely follow-up while representing the college in a positive, professional manner.

Qualifications

• Experience in admissions or recruitment is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse students and families.
• Knowledge of college admissions procedures and enrollment processes.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience using student information systems or databases.

Responsibilities

• Provide admissions information to prospective or newly admitted students.
• Create communication materials and represent the College to guests.
• Conduct campus tours and follow up with inquiries and applicants.
• Maintain recruiting operations by following policies and reporting changes.
• Adhere to compliance and regulatory standards.
• Assist leads through the enrollment process with care and accuracy.
• Conduct phone presentations and interviews with candidates.
• Collaborate to provide data for reporting and institutional research.
• Maintain accurate student data in admissions and permanent records.
