Job summary

Kimball Midwest is seeking an Account Representative to join a two-year training program in a hybrid role. You will develop sales skills, product knowledge, and customer relationships across a designated territory while contributing to a growing business.

The first-year compensation ranges from $42,400 to $47,400 with a salary and bonus structure, plus mileage and cell phone reimbursements. A BYOD device and employment agreements are required as part of the program.

Qualifications

• Ability to travel to customer/associate locations within the territory
• BYOD compliant personal electronic device
• Execution of an Employment Agreement

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with customers to understand their business needs and identify opportunities.
• Cold Calling & Prospecting: Effectively reach out to potential customers to grow the book of business.
• Planning & Priority Setting: Plan week in advance to prioritize growth and stops.
• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate products to show value and quality; 80% of spend on American-made products.
• Achieve Sales Goals: Meet or exceed quotas following proven sales programs.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities in systems.
