Job summary

Kimball Midwest is seeking an Account Representative in a hybrid role to enter a two-year training program, gaining sales experience, product knowledge, and skills to become a sales representative.

You will participate in a compensation plan with a salary and bonus structure, with first-year total compensation ranging from $42,400 to $47,400, plus mileage and cell phone reimbursement and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• The ability to move to and from customer and meeting locations within the assigned geographic area while maintaining required insurance.
• Use of personal electronic device per BYOD policy.
• Execution of Employment Agreement exhibits provided for review.

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with customers in a designated territory and understand their business needs.
• Cold Calling & Prospecting: Effectively call on potential customers to grow a book of business.
• Planning & Priority Setting: Plan week in advance to prioritize customer visits and territory growth.
• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate products to customers and highlight value andAmerican-made focus.
