Job summary

Kimball Midwest is seeking an Account Representative for a hybrid role in our sales organization. You will enter a two-year training program to gain sales experience, product knowledge and develop skills to become a sales representative.

In this position you will manage relationships in your territory, prospect new customers, plan weekly activities, learn our product lines and work toward meeting or exceeding sales quotas while reporting activity and results.

Qualifications

• Ability to travel within the assigned geographic area.
• Willing to comply with BYOD policy.
• Agreement to Employment terms and amendments as provided.

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with customers in a designated territory to understand their business needs.
• Cold Calling & Prospecting: Effectively cold call on potential customers in the territory to grow a book of business.
• Planning & Priority Setting: Plan week in advance to prioritize customer stops and territory growth.
• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate products to potential customers to show value and quality.
• Achieve Sales Goals: Meet or exceed sales quotas using our proven programs and processes.
