Job summary

Kimball Midwest is seeking an Account Representative in a hybrid role. You will enter a two-year training program to gain sales experience, product knowledge, and further develop skills to become a sales representative.

The position offers comprehensive benefits and a first-year compensation plan ranging from $42,400 to $47,400, with salary and bonus structure. Mileage and cell phone reimbursement are provided to support field activities.

Qualifications

• The ability to move to and from customer and associate locations within the geographic area while meeting insurance minimums.
• BYOD policy compliance with personal device.
• Signing Employment Agreement and any amendments provided.

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with customers in a designated territory to understand their business needs and identify opportunities.
• Cold Calling & Prospecting: Effectively cold call on potential customers to grow a book of business.
• Planning & Priority Setting: Plan week in advance to prioritize customer stops and territory growth.
• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate products to show value and quality of offerings.
• Achieve Sales Goals: Meet or exceed sales quotas through training programs and processes.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities in company systems.
