Job summary

Kimball Midwest is seeking an Account Representative in a hybrid role. You will enter a two-year training program to gain sales experience, product knowledge and develop the skills needed to become a sales representative.

Qualifications

• Ability to move to and from customer locations and meetings within the territory, and maintain required insurance coverage.
• BYOD policy compliance required.
• Must sign Employment Agreement and/or revised exhibit(s).

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with customers in a designated territory to understand business needs.
• Cold Calling & Prospecting: Grow a book of business through proactive outreach.
• Planning & Priority Setting: Plan weekly to prioritize stops and territory growth.
• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate products and highlight value and American-made focus.
• Achieve Sales Goals: Meet or exceed quotas through company programs and training.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate daily sales activity records in company systems.
