Job summary

Kimball Midwest seeks an Account Representative (Hybrid) for a two-year training program to build sales experience and product knowledge, progressing toward a sales representative role.

Benefits include medical, dental, life, disability insurance, 401k and deferred compensation. First-year pay ranges from $42,400 to $47,400 with base salary and bonus, plus mileage and cell phone reimbursement.

Qualifications

• The ability to travel within the assigned territory and meet with customers and associates.
• Compliance with Bring-Your-Own-Device policy for using personal devices.
• Execution of an Employment Agreement or revised exhibits.

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: cultivate strong customer relationships in the territory and identify opportunities.
• Cold Calling & Prospecting: effectively reach out to potential customers to grow the book of business.
• Planning & Priority Setting: plan weekly activity to prioritize customer stops and territory growth.
• Product Knowledge: demonstrate products and highlight benefits; focus on American-made products.
• Achieve Sales Goals: meet or exceed quotas using company sales programs and training.
• Reporting: maintain accurate daily sales activity records in company systems.
