Kimball Midwest is seeking an Account Representative for a Hybrid role in the United States. A two-year training program will develop sales experience, product knowledge, and skills leading toward a sales representative position.

Qualifications

• The ability to move to and from customer locations and meetings within the assigned geographic area while maintaining required insurance.
• Bring-Your-Own-Device policy must be followed with a personal electronic device.

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with customers in the territory to understand their business needs and identify opportunities.
• Cold Calling & Prospecting: Proactively contact potential customers to grow the book of business.
• Planning & Priority Setting: Plan weekly routes and priorities for territory growth.
• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate products to show value and quality; focus on American-made products.
• Achieve Sales Goals: Meet or exceed quotas following our sales programs and training.
• Reporting: Maintain records of daily sales activities in our systems and report cost savings to customers.
