Kimball Midwest is seeking an Account Representative for a Hybrid role in the United States. The program offers a two-year training path to gain sales experience, product knowledge, and skills to advance to a sales representative position.

The compensation package includes health and disability insurance, a 401(k) and deferred compensation plan, and mileage and cell phone reimbursement, with first-year total compensation ranging from $42,400 to $47,400 through a salary and bonus structure.

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with customers in a designated territory to understand their business needs and identify areas of opportunity.
• Cold Calling & Prospecting: Effectively cold call on potential customers in the territory to grow a book of business.
• Planning & Priority Setting: Efficiently plans week in advance to prioritize customer stops and territory growth.
• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate our products to potential customers to show the value and quality of our products.
• Achieve Sales Goals: Meet or exceed sales quotas by following our company's proven sales programs.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities and report back cost-savings to customers in the field.
