Job summary

Zoom in Woburn, MA is hiring a Sales Account Executive to foster strong client relationships and identify business needs. You will work closely with our Technical Recruiters to align opportunities with the right candidates and drive revenue growth.

You'll generate new business through cold calling, referrals, and prospecting, manage CRM and market insights, and strive to exceed weekly targets in a fast-paced Split Desk model.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, lead generation, prospecting, etc.
• Use your interpersonal skills to develop, maintain and close new business opportunities
• Effectively nurture and grow long-term relationships with new clients
• Manage, track, and gather market intelligence using CRM tools and social media.
• Resourcefully and proactively identify and execute client growth opportunities within accounts
• Determine and understand the business needs of the client, and their ideal candidate profile
• Strive to meet and exceed daily and weekly performance targets
• Partner closely and work collaboratively with recruiters to fill open positions
