NewCruit in Woburn, MA is seeking an Account Manager to build and expand client relationships within IT staffing. You’ll manage the full sales lifecycle—from prospecting and onboarding new clients to delivering staffing solutions with the support of our recruiting team.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of staffing agency experience (IT/technical preferred).
• Proven track record of new business development and account expansion.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, metrics-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new client relationships in IT, software, infrastructure, and data staffing.
• Manage and grow existing accounts through consultative, relationship-based sales.
• Collaborate with Recruiters to deliver top-tier candidates and client satisfaction.
• Negotiate contracts, rates, and placements to close deals.
• Provide insights on hiring trends and market movement to position NewCruit as a trusted partner.
• Track key KPIs: job orders, submittals, interviews, placements, and revenue growth.
