The Account Development Representative I role focuses on driving growth through new customers and rebuilding underpenetrated relationships, leveraging market knowledge and Arrow’s full solution set.

The position offers a base pay of $60,000 with an OTE of $120,000 (50/50 split) and a hybrid work arrangement (4 days in office, 1 remote

• Drive sales growth through new customer acquisition and rebuilding relationships with customers and suppliers.

• Sales generation through new opportunities and product matching to customer needs within the territory.
• Develop strategic customer sales/marketing plans and forecast future demands with executives.
