You will manage accounts, quote spot buy opportunities, track shipments, and assist in inventory replenishment. The position requires 2-4 years experience or an associate degree, strong communication, and Excel skills; US citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 2–4 years of industry experience.
• Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• Ability to work collaboratively across global teams.
• US citizenship due to government requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and sales support to key customer locations.
• Quote spot buy opportunities to support emergent demands.
• Manage your assigned accounts with proactive and regular sales/account support actions.
• Track shipments, maintain orders, manage backlog, expedite inbound shipments and troubleshoot delivery issues.
• Assist in inventory monitoring and replenishment process.
