Job summary

Arrow Electronics in Denver is seeking an Account Development Representative I to drive profitable sales by acquiring new accounts and expanding relationships within a hybrid sales territory. The role focuses on leveraging knowledge of Arrow’s solutions to grow revenue with mid-market customers.

Base pay is $60,000 with an OTE target of $120,000 (50/50 split). The position requires in-office presence four days a week with one remote day, aligning with a core electronics components business.
