Job summary

People Incorporated Mental Health Services seeks an Access Coordinator I to guide clients through intake, rapidly address access barriers, and link them to timely services. The role combines remote and in-person work, with occasional on-site requirements in the Twin Cities area.

You’ll work with the Crisis/IRTS team, support early engagement, and coordinate transitions to long-term care. Strong documentation and HIPAA compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in behavioral sciences per the requirements.
• 2,000 hours of relevant direct service experience as listed.

Responsibilities

• Guide intake and early engagement, addressing barriers to access.
• Coordinate transitions to long-term care with internal/external teams.
• Maintain documentation and HIPAA-compliant records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary partners to resolve access barriers.
• Attend required trainings and team meetings.
