Job summary

Riverside Community Care is seeking an Administrative Intake Coordinator - CBHC to register and screen clients of all ages, regardless of insurance, and greet consumers in the building.

The role coordinates scheduling for initial intakes, urgent psychopharmacology evaluations, and urgent outpatient services, ensuring timely access and proper EHR documentation. Part-time 24 hours weekly with a Sunday differential.

Responsibilities

• Screens all new consumers for admission by telephone or in-person, obtaining demographics, brief clinical description and insurance information.
• Determine assignment based on insurance for CBHC or Outpatient program and document in EHR.
• Collaborate on scheduling appointments for initial intakes with CBHC Clinical Triage/Intake Coordinator and other clinicians.
• Coordinate scheduling of urgent psychopharmacology evaluations or medication appointments prior to assessment.
• Reserve urgent appointment access (within 48 hours) for comprehensive diagnostic assessment and facilitate urgent outpatient services.
• Coordinate a 72-hour appointment for urgent psychopharmacology evaluation when indicated.
