Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking an Intake Coordinator to help new patients establish care, schedule initial assessments, verify insurance, and manage referrals. The role requires strong interpersonal skills and excellence in patient service within a fast-paced environment.

Hours are 8:00 am to 5:30 pm in various time zones; compensation is $20/hour. Remote, full-time position with health benefits and EAP included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two+ years in a contact center or healthcare setting.
• Experience with EHR systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist new patients and schedule initial assessments.
• Verify insurance eligibility and collect demographic information.
• Match patients with appropriate providers based on needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR system.
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat and support referrals.
