LifeStance Health is hiring an Intake Coordinator to help new patients establish care, schedule assessments, verify insurance eligibility, and manage referrals. You will match patients to providers and support onboarding while ensuring HIPAA compliance.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and empathy, with hours 8:00 am–5:30 pm in various time zones and a $20/hour compensation. Remote work is supported for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years experience in a contact center or healthcare environment.
• Fluency in English required; Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle communications via phone, email, voicemail, faxes and chat.
• Identify patient trends and scheduling barriers to Intake.
• Ensure proper patient matching with providers and scheduling of initial appointments.
