Job summary

Asura is seeking a Homecare Operations Coordinator in Minnesota to be the first point of contact for Consultation Services, coordinating intake, documentation, and communication across stakeholders.

You will partner with participants, agencies, and service providers to ensure a smooth onboarding experience, maintain records, and support HIPAA-compliant, confidential processes in a hybrid, in-person/remote setting.

Qualifications

• One year of in person or phone-based customer service experience.
• Associates degree preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Able to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Familiarity with MS Office/Excel and internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for participants, families, providers, and agency partners regarding Consultation Services.
• Coordinate participant intake activities and ensure documentation is obtained and maintained.
• Enter, update, and maintain participant information in internal databases.
• Schedule initial consultation appointments and coordinate with Consultation Advisors.
• Respond to calls and emails in a timely, professional, customer-focused manner.
• Collaborate with advisors, agencies, and providers to support a smooth participant experience.
• Monitor files for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with program requirements.
• Document interactions and activities in client management systems.
• Assist individuals with communication barriers using available resources.
