You will assist branches and managers in closing sales with major dealers, while advancing warranty processes and NATE testing capabilities.

The role emphasizes on-site field support, hands-on product guidelines, and collaboration with marketing and purchasing teams to grow market share across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Experience in HVACR or related industry preferred.
• Ability to design and deliver training programs for customers and staff.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a focus on results.

Responsibilities

• Develop guidelines and tools to meet growing demand for technical sales.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers and internal teams.
• Assist in on-site field support for trouble jobs within scope.
• Create and implement a NATE training program for customers and employees.
• Support branch and account managers in closing sales opportunities with larger dealers.
• Help establish warranty processes and unit exchanges to improve service.
• Track warranty failure rates and trainings conducted for customers and staff.
• Assist branches in becoming recognized NATE testing centers in the U.S.
