Qualifications

• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Public speaking and classroom management experience.
• Technical problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and LMS.

Responsibilities

• Design, update, and deliver HVAC training curricula and materials.
• Deliver classroom, virtual, and hands-on training.
• Provide technical guidance to field technicians and supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local regulations.
• Monitor learner progress and coordinate with management on training needs.
