Job summary

Johnstone Supply, North America's leading HVACR distributor, seeks an experienced HVAC field service specialist with strong communication and training skills. You will support technical sales, provide customer-facing training, and assist branches in closing larger deals.

Responsibilities include developing training programs, on-site field support, and maintaining industry knowledge to improve service and sales outcomes. Travel up to 50% locally or regionally may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC field service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coordinate high activity levels under varying conditions.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop guidelines and tools to meet growing demand for technical sales.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers and employees.
• Assist in on-site field support for trouble jobs (do not touch, repair or install products).
• Create a NATE training program and implement technical training for customers and employees.
• Assist Branch and Account Managers in closing sales with larger dealers.
