Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a customer service focused position.
• HVAC/R product knowledge preferred (2+ years).

Responsibilities

• Serve the needs of a specific market or group and coordinate with purchasing to maintain inventory levels.
• Respond to customer questions, take orders, enter them accurately, and provide pricing and availability information.
• Process orders to ensure on-time shipping and support sales through cross-selling and promotions.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and coordinate with other departments to resolve issues.
