ABB is seeking a Regional Sales Manager (HVACR Channel Sales) to lead growth in the US by managing top tier channel partners and Commercial OEMs within the HVAC Drives portfolio. The role is remote in the United States, with a territory spanning CA, OR, WA, UT, NV, AZ, ID, AK and HI, and requires 30-50% domestic travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, Marketing/Sales or related field with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Extensive sales and VFD / HVACR application background.
• Account management history with OEM, End User and Commercial Channel Partners in HVACR.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers about delivery time, payments, and terms in line with ABB’s offering and strategy.
• Drive marketing activities and articulate value propositions to customers.
• Identify and develop new market opportunities within the designated territory.
• Manage sales processes and support cash collection and project management when needed.
