ABB is seeking a Regional Sales Manager (HVACR) to grow ABB’s market share regionally by managing tier-1 channel partners and Commercial OEM customers. The role centers on the HVAC Drives portfolio with a remote work model in the United States, with preferred residence in the territory (CA, OR, WA, UT, NV, AZ, ID, AK, HI).

The position reports to the Vice President, HVACR Channel Sales and requires 30–50% domestic travel.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, Marketing/Sales or related field with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Extensive sales and VFD / HVACR application background.
• Account management history with OEM, End User and Commercial Channel Partners in HVACR.
• Familiar with CRM software like SalesForce and PowerBI.

• Communicate delivery, payments and terms to customers in line with ABB offerings and strategy.
• Coordinate marketing activities and articulate value propositions to customers.
• Identify and develop new market opportunities in the designated region.
• Support cash collection and project management activities as needed.
